The Virtual Bookcase Reviews of 'Netsuccess: How Real Estate Agents Use the Internet':
Reviewer Rob Slade wrote:
What the heck, I mean, some of my *relatives* are real estate agents. But, you
must admit, this is a pretty specialized interest. When one has been reviewing
books for a while, one gets a bit cynical about specialized topics. Not to
worry. Kersnar has done an excellent job of presenting the net in a realistic,
detailed, and helpful fashion.
Although the book does present case studies of realty companies connecting to
the net, it doesn't fall into the trap of becoming simply a series of Web site
screen shots. (Than which there is nothing more boring.) Email is given
primacy--as it should, given that email is the most immediately useful
resource. The overview of software tools even includes the all important, but
often unmentioned, dialer.
Definitely one of the better business-on-the-Internet books.
