For web services based on Oracle a great resource. This book handles scripting of backups under Unix, NT and OpenVMS.. a great thing since backups need as much automation as possible.. the computer has to do the work and just beg the operator for new tapes and tell the operator the backup went fine (or failed.. which should trigger red fl... The authoritative guide to the new 1999 C standard! Up-to-the-minute coverage of the latest official C standard, by Derek M. Jones, a leader in the C standards community. Contains the entire standard with expert commentary on every sentence. An essential reference for every C programmer -- especially those working on embedded or mission-critical applications. C remains the language of choice wherever efficiency, reliability, and control of multiple platforms are essential -- and especially within the world of embedded systems. However, surprisingly little information exists on the official C standard -- especially the latest version, "99 C". Derek Jones The New C Standard fills the gap, presenting the entire standard with authoritative... Rest of this review on the detail page

Since his release from federal prison in 2000, Mitnick has turned his life around and established himself as one of the most sought-after computer security experts worldwide. Now, in The Art of Deception, the world's... Rest of this review on the detail page
