The author of this book, Gary Harpst, founded Solomon Software. He used his experiences in running this company to help learn others run comparable small businesses. This is a very accessible book about running a small business successfully. The situations that are described are recognizable and the ideas given can be deployed directly. I'd call this a good book for owners of small businesses.
