The Virtual Bookcase Reviews of 'Full Circle: One Man's Journey by Air, Train, Boat and Occasionally Very Sore Feet Around the 50,000 Miles of the Pacific Rim':
Reviewer Koos van den Hout wrote:Another one of the books written by Michael Palin. It shows that Michael has more freedom in writing his books than he has in front of the camera for the BBC, which makes it a fun read. Lots of off-camera comments make this a fun background read for the documentary.
Michael Palin writes with his typical british humour about all the stuff that went into the making of the documentary. The travels, lugging all the stuff around for filming, adjusting to new environments, adjusting to heights, sickness and being away from home for too long.
A great book, fun to read.
