The Virtual Bookcase Reviews of 'Lotus Notes Answers: Certified Tech Support':
Reviewer Rob Slade wrote:
Because of the "question and answer" style of the book, and because the
questions were chosen from a specific data base, some information never gets
covered. Other information might be covered, but dispersed among several
answers, possibly in different chapters. This is not, then, as much a guide
as, ... well, answers. And if you have the wrong questions, I guess you're
stuck.
However, for a number, perhaps a majority, of "heads down" users, this book may
be quite appropriate. The answers tend to be in point form, and would be
clearest when working through the problem, onscreen. There are screen shots,
but usually only one per answer, even though an answer may involve several
dialogue boxes, menus or screens. The organization of answers into chapters is
quite logical, and should be easy (and, therefore, helpful) to use.
