The Virtual Bookcase Reviews of 'Analyzing Sports Drinks: What's Right for You?':

Unknown reviewer wrote:
With all this confusion surrounding the sports drink industry this book really clarifies what we need in a rehydration replacement, carbohydrate replacement and electrolyte replacement. This book will provide you with documented information on who needs what type of replacement as well as how specific minerals and herbs in many popular sports drinks contribute to health, such as those herbs that reduce the need for glycogen replacement. The author has included charts that will help you determin what is right for you. I personally never realized that there were so many factors that you need to take into consideration as an average person trying to stay healthy. This book really helped me understand what my body really needs on a daily basis and helped clarify all the confusing issues that I was encountering.
