I bought this book because I like the "Sex and the city" TV show and this book is from the same author. That was the wrong choice. In the TV show there is quite a bit of humor but the book just goes on and on about New York women being insecure about relationships and eternally searching for the right man. Sometimes ending married to one but still not satisfied with the relationship. The book doesn't really 'go' anywhere.
