But now, thanks toThe Simpsons: A Complete Guide to Our Favorite Family, it can all be told--everything from the first eight seasons, right down to the smallest allusions to Paul McCartney, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Crazy Horse, Gandhi, Psycho, The Twilight Zone, The Exorcist, Poltergeist, The Amityville Horror, The Fall of the House of Usher, "The Cask of Amontillado," "The Pit and the Pendulum," "The Telltale Heart," "The Purloined Letter," Garfield the Cat, and Binky--the rabbit from "Life in Hell" (all of which are touched on in the October 24, 1990, episode). The guidebook has a handy grid format that gives order to a welter of facts, quotes, and pictures. If you're a malcontent like Bart, you might grouse about tiny flaws--a missing line or two of copy on page 121, or the fact that the scads of shots from the show sometimes reproduce fuzzily (though always quite intelligibly). But despite its few imperfections, this little paperback is a must for any self-respecting Simpsons addict.

For real fans of the cartoon series, a book with all the episodes, a lot of "did you know" and other information and trivia. I love it, but I'm a big fan of the series.
